Those of you that are ready to take the step towards joint replacement will work in unison with a team of clinical specialists to outline a step-by-step plan to get you back to mobility. This plan includes a free joint replacement class for you and your coach that will inform and educate you on how to prepare for surgery, what to expect during your inpatient stay, and how to make a successful transition back home.
Every aspect of your care is covered in the Total Joint Replacement Program from pre-admission to inpatient recovery, to outpatient rehabilitation and more.
